Guidance Office
The Guidance Office is an essential part of the school's educational program. Its primary aim is to provide assistance and guidance to students in maximizing their potentials, skills and abilities. Its services include counseling and consultation, diagnostic testing and assessment of the student's academic strengths and weaknesses.
Remedial and Tutoring Program
For students who may need assistance in their studies, the school can, upon the parent's request, help provide tutorial services. All tutoring requests should be coursed through the Registrar's Office and coordinated with the Principal for monitoring of the child's progress. Any tutoring service performed by teachers or personnel without the knowledge and approval of the school is considered a violation of the code of ethics and is subject to appropriate sanctions.
Food Services
Both Campuses on Hawaii and Washington Streets provide canteen services that cater to the needs of students and school personnel. Lunch, snacks and short orders are served daily at very reasonable prices. Students are therefore, discouraged form buying food from other sources outside the school for health and sanitary reason. To address safety and security concerns, the school also prohibits students from leaving the premises during breaks, except emergencies and extremely valid reasons.
Medical Services
For minor ailments or injuries that occur while in the school's custody students can avail of first aid treatments at the school clinic which is administered by the Registrar's Office. In cases of emergency and/ or other more serious ailments(e.g.asthma, epilepsy and convulsion) and injuries, the school may opt to bring the student to the nearest clinic or hospital. Parents will be notified immediately. If school authorities are convinced that a student may need to go home as preventive or precautionary measure, the student's adviser or other school officer may call the parents to pick up their child in school.
Laboratories
The school maintains four laboratories -the computer lab, the chemistry/physics lab, the biology and science lab and the Home Economics(H.E) room. A faculty member is responsible for the care and upkeep of each of these laboratories and shall post the rules and regulations governing the use of the rooms for the information of and students. Students who use the rooms are expected to handle the facilities and instruments with utmost care.
Reading Room/Library
Each of the school's two campuses is quipped with a mini-library where students may read,perform simple researches and have a quiet place to study. No books or materials shall be allowed to be brought out of the room without the approval of the faculty-in-charge who will keep a record of such items.
Student Discipline
To realize the school's vision of "promoting Christian values, academic competence and responsive citizenship", the school seeks to develop self-discipline through the observance of good manners and right conduct and compliance with the rules and regulations.
